After extensive research for the best pre and post natal certification, I found Fit For Birth. ![]() So I decided to take matters into my own hands. We looked everywhere for a certified trainer that specialized in pre and post natal but found none. I also had the privilege of working with fathers and sons, extreme athletes and new moms-both pre and post natal.Īfter moving to Seattle, I decided to re-direct some of my training focus when my wife and I found out that we were expecting.
